It’s that time when fun stinks! August 7, 8, and 9th is the Annual Elephant Garlic Festival at Jessie Mays Community part in North Plains, Oregon.
There will be music, food, and vendors with arts and crafts and all things garlic all day.
The event is being heavily promoted so expect traffic along Glencoe and West Union into North Plains to be busy and clogged during high volume times of the day.
